How Do I Pay for Guests?

Members may invite guests to COPOCO as described in our guest policy.

Adult in-town guests are limited to 5 visits per year, and the hosting member is responsible for paying guest fees of $10 per visit.

You must also sign your guests in when they visit the pool or tennis courts. Pool sign-in is online or in a notebook at the pool (your choice). Tennis sign-in is in a notebook near the tennis courts.

We ask members to take personal responsibility for paying for your guests. You have 2 options:

1) Tally up the number of adult, in-town, non-family guest visits with your family and multiply that number by $10 per guest visit. Then, write a check to COPOCO, Inc. and mail to COPOCO, noting your member family name and “guest fees” in the memo. Our mailing address is: COPOCO, Inc., PO Box 2245, Concord, NH 03302.
